Whimsical Weather 4 Scene Mini Stickers by Kamio *NEW!
Okay so this is a really cool new concept from Kamio Japan. There are 2 sheets. One sheet is a washi type material that you can use as a background (great for TPCs) - there are 4 rectangular sticker "scenes" on this sheet. The top sheet has all kinds of tiny weather related paper stickers - snow, rainbows, clouds, rain etc. I would not say this is for small children. This is definitely created for adults.
